so i take great interest in our food quality, how its made, where its from....etc. i take great interest in what toxic substances we allow invade our bodies (a kind gift from god). i want to be AWARE. but. BUT. fear factor is not HEALTHY, so......knowledege is power when used in a balanced, positive direction. so onward. to health and happiness as this year closes:)
